Occasionally I find things on the Forum, and I’m like, how did I miss this!?! First of all, I want this representation of teams on a poster. Suitable for framing! Secondly, I am a huge proponent of Uni-Forms, but dang it, if some of these teams were available in pre-paints, I would definitely order them! I e got to get into my stash and make sure I don’t already have a set here or there. I sure don’t remember those Bucs unis in that iteration. Thanks for posting this! I gots to get that poster!

Anyone got a line on shipping costs for the plastic clamshell storage units with backing boards for teams? I can’t remember from when I ordered them last. Thanks!

Here we are on the cusp of 2023. I just finished my 63 Raiders away team and they look great! I put them up against the first team I did, the Lions home team, and I am surprised to see I still think those look great too. The cuts weren’t good, but I didn’t know that at the time, and, as I said before, learning to type on blind keys. I’ve finished 16 teams in 2022. I have 17 in the wings with the Classic Falcons on the way. (Is there a Uni-Forms anonymous?) The first team up is one I got from my daughter for Christmas,(She loves her dad!), the 22 CR Cowboys. I love this hobby and I appreciate all you coaches, hobbyists, and especially Tudor for making this hobby the greatest community in the world. Peace, love, and Happy New Year!

So I hear the fact Tudor is bringing back pre-paints. Cool. What is the state of Uni-Forms? Are they doing well enough that we will see something as exciting as the last drop of 14 (?) teams in the future? Or is the needle moving back to pre-paints and away from Uni-forms? I don’t expect the kind of drop we just experienced for more than every 1 to 2 years, but an occasional retro team release would be cool. Super Bowl sets with 2 teams from say Super Bowl V or XX in the unis they wore in those Super Bowls with Super Bowl graphics on the box! I’m spitballing here because I don’t want to see Uni-Forms relegated to the bench. Thanks!

I’ll weigh in. In the past year I have had two issues that were totally MY fault. If the answer would have been, “Sorry guy. You messed up and we’re not responsible.”, I would have completely understood. But the issue was resolved and quickly! Loyalty is undervalued these days, but with that kind of service and attention, Tudor has my loyalty… and my business.

Those are some SWEET teams!! Good job!! If you need to send them to a good home I can provide my address.

Holy mackerel! That’s me! I had forgotten all about it and have that copy of Plugged In at the old house somewhere. That 8 year old is 31 now. My wife at the time passed away six years after that letter was published. I am now married to a wonderful woman and we have a wonderful blended family. Everyone hits the lottery in some way and family has been my Pick Six. Electric football is what I would consider my #1 hobby, and has been since that letter was written. Now excuse me while I go find a Kleenex. I’ve got something in my eye.

20+ years ago I was visiting Gatlinburg, Tenn., and I had the opportunity to buy Tennessee Oilers memorabilia for a song, as they were in the process of becoming the Titans. As I sit here in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, just across the way from Gatlinburg, I remember the axiom, “It’s not what you do in life, you grow to regret, but what you neglect to do.”. So true.

THAT, my friend, was a trade of Hershel Walker proportions! Hope he enjoyed his Oilers! In the years I had friends that played, they always had the red and yellow teams to play against my NFL teams. For some reason, no one in my 4+ neighborhoods (we moved about every year. Power company jobs) ever seemed to have NFL teams. Played a lot of solitaire. Still do.

I guess to clarify, a 2022-23 ordering catalog with up to date items. I know the products are extremely fluid, but I would just like to have a hold in your hands present day catalog with items available right now. In color.

Anyone know why the Classic Saints and the Red Texans don’t show up on the usual ordering site? I can’t get my order to go through on the Facebook one.

Ok. While we’re at it. I would like to see a catalog of Tudor products produced in the vein of the 60s and 70s. The books put out by the Unforgettable Buzz are great. A comprehensive Tudor catalog would be great! Set a price. You can’t tell me having a physical piece of this point in Tudor history wouldn’t be a hit.

All this is cool. Commit to bringing back the painted teams, but I hope they also commit to keeping and expanding the Uni-Forms.

In the wake of the “controversial” events regarding the Colts in the last week, did anyone happen to see the Colts decked out in all white unis today? I need those in Uni-Forms! Nuff said!

Anything that advances this hobby is not a bad thing. I’m in my 60s and have been here for a minute. There’s room for everyone in every corner and I am for anything that advances interest. I am more excited about the direction of Tudor more now than at any time in the last 30 years or so.

Absolutely! Both away and Home! I just finished my away Saints. They look great! I just started my 22 Alt. Red… uh Commanders and that all black is stunning! I know I won’t ever get the former iteration of Washington, but one can dream. Can’t one?

I have all the pre-paints I’ll ever need or want. They’re stacked in keeper flats six feet high in the basement. Had Uni-Forms not came out, I would not be as involved with EF. I don’t paint,(spelled, “can’t paint past a kindergarten level”.) Uni-Forms are my therapy.
