  1. I don't know I just downloaded it on my android phone through google play and I already had it on my Android tablet from years ago. I don't think you can download it on a PC or laptop. Honestly, I have used only a few times and only for timekeeping and score. Personally, I prefer the old fashion way with paper and pencil.

Where you live? I am in Spring Hill, TN and Greg F, is only about an hour's drive south of where I am. He's been to the "Museum" several times.

if you ask the national Electric football museum or even t43 or some of the guys on here they know exactly how to guide you and they might be kind enough I'm sure to help.

Greg, I can show you someday what I do to tweak bases. Of course I am only trying to get them to run straight.

JUST AN HONEST OPINION: Not sure what all the hoopla is about with the ITZ bases

    Thanks for your honest opinion.

question are these the starter bases you speak of or different itz bases because i was thinking about giving starter bases a try.

I can tell you soon since the LIEFL has generously offered to donate them to The National ELECTRIC FOOTBALL Game Museum. I have some of the Starter Bases and I think they are at least worth a try. Honestly, I have not put them on the field. I just got them primarily for their historical value and to have examples of them in the archives of the museum.

“What teams are in the league”, Rules, Best Players or even history/stats.

I would like to know more about everything involved with this league. Can you put together some form of document about this league that I can keep in the files of the Museum? And as many pics as possible.

    Thanks, Chris LeMay

  7. Yes, they are worth the $54 price. Usually painted by Todd stroud or Kyle Nutt. Daryl Collins has bought some and several others. I personally have not bought any but that is because I paint my own.

Some Pics of Kyle's work for Tudor.

  8. Yes, it all makes since. I like the rebound feature. I have used it at times. Depends I quess on how much sideline your game board has. A lot of electric football game boards have little to no sideline border with the sides of the framing determining the playing field boundaries. Others have very wide sidelines with bench areas as well. The official NFL boundary lines are 6' or 2 yards wide.

The main thing though is to just do whatever makes the game more exciting and fun to play for you individually,

I'm kind of surprised Tudor doesn't carry any...

Tudor Games does not always embrace or endorse products that are not of their own invention and creation. It also takes a major investment in something to carry it in their product line. Freeze Frames are an invention and creation of Jimbo Dunagan who is also able to 3D print them himself and in an "on demand" capacity. Something that Tudor Games is not currently able to do. It is probably something that they should look into, especially with the cost of a 3D printer much more affordable than it was when it was first invented. And the technology has greatly improved since then as well.

We will be brutally honest as to their performance. Levi

    Yes, I certainly hope so!!

I have long said that a bases performance is dependent more on the figure that it is placed on and the conditions under which it is tweaked, such as the game board used in the tweaking process and even the number of players that are on the game board when you are tweaking. I have bought non-Tudor pre-tweaked bases from a couple of people on a few occasions. I was never satisfied with them and felt that the Tudor bases that I had tweaked myself were certainly just as good, if not better.

However, there have been several people who have developed a good "side gig" tweaking bases for people, including now Tudor Games. But again, that kind of goes back to the "instant gratification" society that we now live in and not really wanting to take the time to actual learn how to do something that can be bought and paid for.

  11. Good morning!! I would like to welcome to the NEFGM Board of Directors, Ron Mango.

Ron is a long-time player, solitaire coach and painter of electric football figures. He is very active in the areas of hand-painting teams and figures, designing and building his personal game day stadium experience and is now into his 100th season of playing solitaire electric football.

He recently accompanied me to the Deep South MFL's playoff weekend to learn more about the high-level league and tournament competition of the game and hobby and to visit with a long-time collector of electric football games, teams and figures.

He was also very instrumental in donating some items to the "Art of the Buzz" Exhibit that we had last year and participating in the opening reception for this exhibit as a guest speaker and presenting a painting demonstration workshop.
