  1. Was there ever any doubt with the ball in Sonnys hands? The defense has to pay attention to Larry Brown, so Jurgensen should have plenty of open receivers in a clutch situation. šŸ˜Ž
  2. Well, he's obviously very talented. Is it possible to get a quote for an average 22 to 30 man roster painted by Mr. Nutt and/or Mr. Stroud?
  3. Obviously, there's a limit to the weight your players can be in a tournament (4 grams I think?), but if you're making your own house rules, why bother with weight limits, right? If there's no limitation being set, and you could give any players any weight, what would you recommend is perfect for lineman, ends and backs/backers, and speed guys? Would you set them all the same weight (assuming you're using Power/Strength/Fast bases from ITZ), or would you make the line the heaviest ones and receivers lightest?
  4. Awesome. It looks like fun once you get the hang of it...
  5. OK, thanks. I was kind of looking for the best deal when it comes to price vs. performance.... I know it probably depends on multiple factors like how many players and whether or not it's painted vs. decals, etc., etc., but what's the best way to assess potential merchants and people doing this? P.S. Gridiron dudes isn't bad. He painted a 26 player roster from the 82/83 Redskins for about $145 (including shipping/handling) and the figures look sharp with names on the back too (I'll see if I can upload a photo).
  6. Hi Coach Terry, Do you happen to have any sweeps or off tackle runs you could share in case the defense lines up with an adjustment, like for example putting 8 or 9 defenders "in the box" and stacking them? Seems like a small audible (without having to change the formation) could make a big difference... - Thanks, Brian
  7. Is Gridiron dudes the same as Gridiron-uniforms? There's a guy (Jay) who paints teams in FL. with the mailing address of "Gridiron dudes."
  8. So, being new to this hobby, I haven't learned how to tweak the bases. Some videos I've seen show dudes using lighters to eliminate "flash" (i.e. extra plastic on the bottom of the prongs). Does anyone else do this, and what are the best pliers to use? Thanks, Brian
