Does Electric Football need Discord?

I have gotten several recommendations lately to look online at a site/app called Discord in order to find new coaches. 

What is Discord? 

Discord is a VoIP and instant messaging social platform. Users have the ability to communicate with voice calls, video calls, text messaging, media and files in private chats or as part of communities called "servers".

Has anyone worked with this?

I'm probably too old for that.  I know my younger kids (15 & 12) use it.

Nope and never heard of it until now.  If it can be an effective communication tool, then I am all for it, Personally, will probably not use it. Have enough with Facebook and Messenger.

Yes, I'm on Discord. It might be a good way to find other coaches, but I'm sure how to go about doing that. Surely there's a way, but we'd just have to be a little creative and think what's the best way to do that...

I’m 56 and have Discord groups for many of my groups, it’s great for gaming communities. Since this was posted in 2022 and it’s now 2024, I am hoping there is an official Discord group for EF now?

So I went ahead and made one

We'll no signups to the Discord server would seem to indicate it doesn't 😄 , but I'll leave it up since I took a bit of time setting it all up. Who knows... some seeds take longer to germinate than others.
