  1. Augustus needs to kick it in
  2. Do we have a back-up QB?
  3. It was. Or from the 1st row in the south endzone 😂
  4. Dallas is able to stop the Lions this time. They drive down the field and kick a FG from 28 yds. Halftime Lions 14 Cowboys 9
  5. The Cowboys are trying different personnel on the D-Line trying to find a combination that can slow them down.
  6. Bodda getta, bodda getta, bodda getta, bah, Rah, rah, rah, Sis boom bah, Weagle, weagle, War Damn Eagle! Kick 'em in the butt, Big Blue, Hey!
  7. With the Lions leading 7-3 late in the 1st quarter, #26 Jahmyr Gibbs (Alabama product) breaks off a 57 yard run. The Lions are up 14-3. I turned #97 dial slightly left to help him seal off #6 IMG_5842.MOV
  8. The 2nd seeded Lions come into the game straight off of a last second FG against the 7th seeded Bears. The Lions have had a dominating season though. Among playoff teams, they trail only the Giants in strength of schedule. The Cowboys come into the game of an upset of the Western division champs Rams. They prevailed 17-13 against the second best defense in the league.
  9. For some reason, I always think of Jack Kemp when I remember successful NFL players becoming winning politician. Even though Kemp predates me.
  10. Impressive that he was that good an athlete. But, it’s a 7th thru 12th grade boarding school. Ford and Eisenhower were cream of the crop in presidential athletes by far!
  11. Wasn’t New York Military Academy a private highschool boarding school?
  12. You know my vote lol Auburn/USC
  13. Giants are stopped inside the Falcons 10 on 4th and Goal. The Falcons win 35-21 on a long trash time run by Bijon Robinson. The Falcons advance to the NFC Championship where they will host the winner of the Cowboys/Lions game. Stats to follow. Up next…. Cowboys at Lions
  14. Augustus looking pretty good!
  15. The Falcons can be methodical and explosive. Here are 2 pass plays (after the catch. You can see the Giants close quick, but there are open receivers on most plays. Kyle Pitts takes this pass for 16 yards IMG_5804.MOV Then Cordarelle Patterson takes this one for 11 IMG_5805.MOV 8 play drive ends with a 10 yard TD pass to Tyler Allgier. The Falcons go up 28-21
  16. The Falcons came out of halftime with a very balanced 10 play 68 yard drive, capped off by 6 yard Cordarelle Patterson reception for a TD. However the Giants are still hanging in there. They start the 4th quarter with a Barkley 15yd rush for a TD to tie it back up 21-21 IMG_5798.MOV
  17. Game Delay to take our daughter to an Auburn University softball game last night. IMG_5734.MOV
  18. I would agree with that
  19. Watch electric coach on YouTube
  20. Halftime thoughts: The Giants have hung in this game thanks to a good OL and a huge TD pass from Daniel Jones to Wan’Dale Robinson on 3rd & 25. But, make no mistake. The Falcons aren’t the Jaguars who lost to the Browns. They are capable of sustaining long drives while also being explosive. If they clean things up in the second half, they could pull away. I had forgotten that the Falcons played the Giants in last year’s wildcard round. The 7th seeded Falcons defeated the 2nd seed Giants in OT. Cordarelle Patterson was used as a RB last year. He had 2TDs and a kickoff return for a TD.
  21. Have to be from a playoff team?
  22. Atlanta recovers a fumble, but can’t take advantage. New York hits this long pass to Wan’dale Robinson for an 82 yard TD. Atlanta missed a FG to end the half. The score is 14-14 at the half. The Falcons are letting the Giants hang around IMG_5712.MOV
