  1. Gunnar has a child just a few months younger than Charlie.
  2. I’ve met Boomer in Nashville. He’s super nice. Talked to me about playing Auburn in 1982, and big Doug Williams chasing him around in his own backfield all game 😂
  3. She passed away 4 years ago next month, one and a half years before my daughter was born. I grew up with Cystic Fibrosis, so I was sick with pneumonia a lot as a kid. I had lots of friends and was very active, but when I had to stay home, electric football was my hobby in the fall and winter. I had a double lung transplant 24.5 years ago for the CF. When I was diagnosed at age 5, the life expectancy for CF was 8. My Mom and Dad did everything to keep me alive. My new lungs are still working very well. 😊
  4. My Mom knew that was one of my favorite things, so she kept the boards in the attic and all my teams in my old toybox inside the house. Most of the teams still look like they’re straight out of a new bad. These last 2 years of playing have brought back a touch of the innocence of childhood.
  5. I’m considered going back to my childhood one next season.
  6. Oops. Falcons 31 Cowboys 24 THANKS!
  7. Ridder to Pitts for an 11 yard TD. Then, Atlanta stops Michael Gallup short on 4th and 16. Game over. Falcons 21 Cowboys 24 in OT The Falcons head to Vegas to play the Colts! Stats and more to come
  8. 3 seconds to go in the game, with the Cowboys down by 7. Ball at the Falcon 48, I stacked most of the DBs on the side of the field with Gallup and Pollard. I left one on #88 CeeDee Lamb’s side. He hadn’t even shed his CB all day. Well, this one time he did. Lamb gets lose for the TD, and this game goes to OT IMG_6247.MOV
  9. Ridder dumps it off underneath to #8 Kyle Pitts who follows his blockers into the endzone. The Falcons take their largest lead of the game 24-17 IMG_6225.MOV
  10. Ridder dumps it off underneath to #8 Kyle Pitts who follows his blockers into the endzone. The Falcons take their largest lead of the game 24-17 IMG_6225.MOV
  11. The Falcons hold again. Dallas settled for a 43 yard FG. Early in the 4th, the game is tied at 17 all. As @Long island EFL said, speed kills. Both teams have speed. The Falcons have a tad more. Anyone’s game.
  12. Loved my 620. Was talking to NEFGM on the phone this week, telling him that I have the board I got when I was little had a combination of field and siderail color that I haven’t seen on here or on eBay,
  13. That really is an odd combo. My first game wad dark Cowboys and white Redskins. My second was the SuperBowl 12 boards. White Cowboys and Dark Broncos (I got the rare red Broncos.
  14. Negate the speed of the edge rushers by running the ball with Pollard. And “game”, not “hand”. 😂
  15. Dallas had driven the ball from their own 25 to the Falcons 28 as the 3rd quarter comes to and end. The Cowboys are trying to negate the speed of the edge rushers. Falcons 17 Cowboys 14 Anyone’s hand to win at this point.
  16. Boom!!!! After a Ridder to Patterson 28 yard pass, #7 Bijon Robinson finally makes a big play!!! Falcons 17 Cowboys 14 IMG_6207.MOV
  17. To start the 3rd quarter, the Cowboys get the ball but go another 3 & out. The Falcons are starting to use their speed to pressure or sack Ridder. Great punt, and the Falcons start this drive at their own 4.
  18. The Falcons get the stop, but they are stopped short of FG range before the half. Halftime Cowboys 14 Falcons 10 I’m super surprised that the Falcons have been slowed down. But, they potentially found a way to stop the Cowboys offense. The Cowboys are definitely playing like they belong.
  19. Robinson breaks off 2 big runs to the Cowboys 17. On 1st down, With the Cowboys LBs pulled up close to stop the run, the Falcons call a pass to surprise the Cowboy D. But, and edge rusher gets to Ridder, and he’s sacked for a 9 yard loss. The Falcons settle for a 30 yard FG. Cowboys 14 Falcons 7 (the Cowboys get the ball to start the 2nd half, so the Falcons badly need a stop)
  20. After watching 1.5 quarters, I’m not sure the Cowboys need to be overly aggressive. Pollard is doing it on the ground and through the air.
  21. 6 play drive called off by a 2yd TD run by Pollard midway through the 2nd. The Cowboys are showing that they belong. Cowboys 14 Falcons 7 IMG_6186.MOV
  22. The Falcons go 3 & out, and the Cowboys have driven it into Falcons territory to end the 1st quarter. The Cowboys may have more than I thought.
  23. The Cowboys know they have to play aggressive. They go for it on 4th & 2 on their own 33. Pollard is off to the races. Falcons 7 Cowboys 7 Is it my imagination, or does he actually slow down to “juke” the defender? Lol IMG_6174.MOV
  24. The Falcons cap off a 5 play drive with a 23 yard TD pass to Cordarelle Patterson. (Only a picture since pass caught at the 1) Falcons 7 Cowboys 0
  25. The Cowboys played the weakest schedule in the league. But, they were going to be the division winner until the Giants knocked them off in the final week. Cracks had started to show. The lowly Texans had almost beaten them. Tony Pollard had had a good season and CeeDee Lamb had stepped up in crucial situations, but they seemed to be an early out in the playoffs. The Cowboys were underdogs in both playoff games. The game against the Rams was ugly all the way around. A TD pass to TE Jake Ferguson midway through the 4th was the deciding score in a 17-13 win. Against the Lions in the Divisional round, the Cowboys trailed 21-9 early in the 3rd. The Lions seemed to be cruising to a long-destined rematch against the Falcons in the Championship game. After Prescott hit Gallup for a TD, a successful 2pt conversion made it 21-17. The next drive Aman-Ra StBrown caught a pass that was going to result in a long gain. Instead, he was chased down 53yds down the field, and this happened. IMG_5884.MOV The Cowboys recovered the fumble. From there it was a shootout, with multiple completions to 5 different Corwboy players. The Cowboys had beaten the heavily favorited Lions. The Falcons on the other hand, have mostly dominated on their way to the NFC 1st seed. Bijon Robinson, Cordarelle Patterson and Kyle Pitts have all had stellar seasons. Robinson capped off a 35-21 Divisional win against the Giants with a 62 yard TD run. Much like the Browns in AFC Championship, the Cowboys will need to capitalize on every possible opportunity. Vegas line Falcons -5.5 Over/under 57 Kickoff at 7pm CST tonight!
