I just got an old (50s) Tru Action game.  It's replacing the set that got me back into EF in the mid-90s that I either found in the house we had just bought or a garage sale, and a toddler stepped on.

Anywho, my original game didn't have a QB, and I just used a regular TTQB.  The "new" set did come with the metal QB, but he appears to be missing at least the spring.

Any way to make it work?  I can post pics when I get home, and I'd love to see a good close-up of a working QB for comparison.
