All good information as I am starting another season myself. I want to find a few guys in the Georgia area to start our own little league. I have 6 teams of offense and defense players. Playing alone I use 15 plays each quarter. Additionally, I use the 67 big men for all my teams. Anyone in the Ga. area interested in a league, let me know.
What area of Georgia are you in? The Deep South Miniature Football League plays in Cartersville, GA I believe.

For the most part they are in good condition, a few dents and dings but nothing major. All may be easily removed from the wall and used for playing games on.

Wall display featuring Tudor gameboards from the beginnings of the NFL licensing period. Game sets are the model 510 NFL w/Colts and Packers, 620 NFL w/Giants and Browns and 520 AFL w/Jets and Chiefs. Other Game boards are the 1968 Otasco "Super Bowl" model 500, a generic NFL 500, NFL National Conference (620/645) and American Conference (610), an NFL 618 and an NFL American Conference 510. To find out more about these and other items in the collection of the National ELECTRIC FOOTBALL Game Museum website (nefgm.org)

Like others have said, there is no right or wrong. I'm old school. My first game set was the AFL 520 with the Jets and Chiefs. The backer figure was designated as a TE/QB. The other figures where Guards, Tackles, Ends and Backs. My teams were always of my favorite players regardless of whether they played offense or defense in real life. I still setup my solitaire teams this way. But again that is just my preferense.

I know it has been done by some people in years past.

Typically use the Runner for RB's and defensive CB's. Use the Sprinter for WR's and Defensive S's. Yes they are interchangeable. When I do 11 player ironman teams use the Linemen as C,RG, LG, MLB, RDT, LDT. Use the All Purpose figures as RT, LT, RDE, LDE, the Backer Figures as QB, TE, RLB. LLB, the Runners as FB, RB, LCB, RCB and the Sprinters as WR's, FS, and SS. When I do 22 player 2 platoon teams, on offense use 5 Lineman as the offensive line (C, RG, LG, RT, LT), 4 Runners as QB, RB, RB, SB, and 2 Sprinters as WR's. On defense use 1 Lineman as DNT, 2 Sprinters as RDE and LDE, 4 Backers as Inside and Outside LB's and 4 All Purpose Figures as CB's and Safeties.

Nice find!! Looks to be in excellent condition. I have seen one before in the collection of Rene Smith, I believe. I don't know that much about it other than it was made by Tudor exclusively for Otasco and I think The Unforgettable Buzz has a reference to it.

With one weekend left to play Music City EFL is winding down. Here are the updated standings. The league is the Steelers to own although the Steelers have two games left with tough opponents. If the Steelers fail the Titans could slip in to win the league. Also don’t count out the Jaguars, Seahawks or the Bears/Cornhuskers. The Yanks are an extreme long shot and the TN Color Rush, Saints and Blue Raiders are chomping at the bits to get another shot in the 2020 tournament.

That top one is pretty rad! The lack of 5 yard lines is actually cool looking to me, though I know some people's OCD probably acts up looking at it. 😆
Good eye. I had not even noticed that!!!

Will that motor work with any board that wasn't made by Tudor?
Yes it should.

Hi guys. New to the forum, but not to electric football.
I have an Excalibur board, but a little ashamed of it.
Welcome to the forum. Nothing to be ashamed of. Excalibur boards are good playing fields. However I would consider buying Tudors Field Drive Motion Generator and Play Action Remote Control for better performance and vibration control. https://tudorgames.com/gear/parts-more.html

I cry every time I watch "Brian's Song". I own the original on DVD. Haven't seen the remake. I also own Gales Sayer's Book "I am Third" and Jeannie Morris's book "Brian Piccolo - A Short Season".

Just to add to the conversation and restate what I have always said, "Just have fun and play the game."
Also check out the NEFGM Library (https://nefgm.org/the-nefgm-library/), a great resource for everything about electric football.
