I would like to see Tudor re-introduce the old flat scoreboards with fans/crowd photo. The old scoreboards were extremely functional. There were dials for scores, quarters, and downs. There were two open slots where the names of the teams could be inserted. It was a simple, yet functional accessory. In my opinion, so much better than the current cardboard stadium which only is there for show, it has no other function. Tudor already sells the dials, why not offer the old scoreboard too.

Mark Kistner does some excellent reproductions. That's one possible alternative.

There are two answers for this, a low-tech way, and a high-tech way. 

The high tech way is the Tudor Games App, which lets you type in the team names and use logos. 

The low tech way involves using Post-It Notes. No tabs needed, stick them on as needed, and then take them off when you're done. 

If you're feeling fancy, print out small logos on regular paper, and use a little piece of double-sided tape to place them on the scoreboard. Be gentle when you peel them off, and there shouldn't be any tearing.
