Cody has a herd of deer that live within city limits. (tourists love it and so do we) Over half the herd was diagnosed with Chronic Wasting Disease and we believe they were euthanized. We believe the fawn's mom was euthanized.

We have apple trees in our backyard and we've seen the fawn with several different Does. We speculate that the fawn floats within the herd. The fawn is quite independent.
