What are rules or guidelines concerning EF personal communications...?

Ladies and Gentledudes, I just found out an EF coach lives near me here in the DFW area. Keller is only an hour away from Plano. It would be cool to try and hook up with other local coaches. I am extremely technology challenged, While many people I work with have Facebook accounts, I thought I'd try creating one of my own. I have no idea what to do with it and I keep getting bombarded with these annoying "suggestions" for myself. Not wanting to publicize personal information [address, phone #, e-mail] or break any EF Forum rules, I have this question. What is the process, if there is one, for one coach to try and set up communications with another coach?

Ha! Told ya'll I'm severely technology illiterate if not just plain unlucky. Trying to send a test message first, I get an "nefgm.org cannot receive messages." notification. Yippee skip. Suggestions?
