Tudor Customer Support

Once again, Tudor Customer Support has corrected a mistake I made in ordering. They didn’t have to. If they had come back with that they couldn’t correct the mistake, I would have not had a problem with their decision. This is very humbling to deal with a large company, like Tudor, with this level of customer support and response time. They would’ve had my loyalty AND my business regardless. As it is, I am grateful, pleased, and yes humbled that there is a company out there that values my business in this fashion!

I agree--great customer support.  10&Long footballs were omitted from my last order.  A quick chat on the website, and three days later I received them in the mail.  Mistakes happen, and they were super quick and helpful to rectify it.
