Ron Mango posted these pics of his hand painted QB's. 

"Have a collection of my hand detail painted NFL Teams. I have all 32 Home and Away. Takes about 3 hours to complete a set of 11 figures set. Use a toothpick 5 different brushes and hard as nail clear coat for the helmets."
