Greetings to all.  I've enjoyed many of the discussions and topics in the forum and have learned a lot from all of the coaches.  A lot has changed since I began playing as a kid in the late 70's.  My first tudor board featured the Super Bowl teams the Cowboys and Steelers.  The next year at Christmas, I received the NFC central featuring my favorite Packers and the Bears, Lions, Vikings, and white jersey Bucs.  So, I had 7 teams to start my first season.  The Bears would beat the Steelers in my first Super Bowl.  I started building from there, picking up the NFC West and then the AFC West.  A few years later I picked up a Super Bowl board featuring the Eagles vs. Raiders which I still have.  A couple of years ago, I picked up a modern quieter Pro Bowl board which I've enjoyed with a Lambeau Field skin.

I played four full seasons, but never completed the fifth until 2 years ago when I got back into the hobby.  It was a long lay off from the early 1980's.  A new discovery was passing sticks and I now use 12 plays per quarter instead of a stop watch.  I play a 3 game regular season, in which you need 2 wins to qualify for the playoffs.  The playoff seedings are structured on wins and point differential.  I don't have divisions or conferences and the regular season is scheduled by random draw.  I've implemented some new rules and tweak things based on a lot of input from coaches I've read in this forum.  Its been fun getting back in to the game.

I recently have tried the new Tudor Uniforms.  Completing my away Packers and home Raiders teams.  I feel like they turned out a lot better then I initially expected and will be trying many more.  I'm trying to acquire home and away uniforms for all of my teams.  It definitely takes some technique and patience.   I like the variety of jerseys you can acquire, especially some of the classic throw backs.
