TVEFL no TD but did get pancaked

If you notice Blaine’s Safety is engaged, however, it is a downfield lineman and in the TVEFL downfield linemen are removed from the play.  
That freed his safety to make that incredible TD saving hit.

in the TVEFL this is ruled an incompletion.

Interesting.  In my league, that would be a completion.  No DPI because the contact happened within a base-length of the ball.

Yeah that is reasonable but we like having the defense “knock the ball loose”.

In the TVEFL Had the hit and fall happened a few seconds later it would have been a catch and then a fumble.

A catch in the the corner of the end zone is a Touchdown. Outside of the end zone it would be a catch and then a fumble out of bounds. Either way, on instant replay that looked like a touchdown. You were robbed. 😉

We consider it as a if the receiver grabs the ball but prior to his getting both feet down the defender knocks the ball loose.

That is why the hit and fall must occur almost simultaneously with the receiver making contact with the ball marker.
