Patriots did play the 49ers in week 7 of the 1971 season, in San Francisco. It may also simply be that Tudor had an inventory overstock of those teams.

    I’m betting on overstock lol

  2. Between the votes of @Coach Shawn @Terry43 @Jayethekxng @Long island EFL @Daryl Collins (and 5 votes here locally), I have narrowed the MVP list to 4 players.

    George Pickens (Steelers 3-1 North champs) 17 receptions 443yds 7 TDs 1 2pt conversion, 11 returns 542yds 1 return TD

Miles Sanders (Panthers 2-2)  55 rushes 517yds 8 TDs 1 2pt conversion, 6 receptions 93yds 2  TDs , 11 returns 500yds 1TD 2 fumbles on kick returns  (note: his 2nd fumble was the final week in OT against the Saints, and cost the Panthers a Playoff spot)

    Tony Pollard (Cowboys 3-1 Wildcard) 57 rushes 324yds 3 TDs 1 fumble, 14 receptions 302yds 5 TDs, 8 returns 322yds

    Josh Jacobs (Raiders 2-2) 49 rushes 476yds 6 TDs, 15 receptions 247yds 3 TDs, 10returns 496yds 1 TD

@nefgm.org I need a vote from you too!  And, anyone else who wants to vote!!!!

  3. The stats tell a big story in this game:

    Falcons                                                         Robinson 10 rushes 124yds 1TD            Patterson 11 receptions 258yds 1TD         Pitts 3 receptions 22yds 2 TDs

    Cowboys                                                   Pollard 17 rushes 47yds 1TD 9 receptions       172yds 1TD

Once the Falcons learned how to stop Pollard, they were able to shut the Cowboys down.  Lamb’s unexpected last second TD got the game to OT, but the Falcons readjusted and stopped Pollard again.

The Falcons have a 3 headed monster with Robinson, Patterson and Pitts.  London wasn’t a factor in this game, but he can also be dangerous.

Greg I'm so sorry for your loss and as I sit here and write this I think to myself that we never know what somebody has gone through in life and it's connection to Electric football. Someone's looking out for you up there. We have a guy locally who does a lot for CF by the name of Boomer esiason because his son Gunner has what you have. Thank God for the advancement in medical tech knowledge and you're a miracle 🙏

Gunnar has a child just a few months younger than Charlie.

I’ve met Boomer in Nashville.  He’s super nice.  Talked to me about playing Auburn in 1982, and big Doug Williams chasing him around in his own backfield all game 😂

It's so fantastic and I hope your mom is blessed and still with us. So many of our parents were an integral part of the game that brought us such Joy.

She passed away 4 years ago next month, one and a half years before my daughter was born.  I grew up with Cystic Fibrosis, so I was sick with pneumonia a lot as a kid.  I had lots of friends and was very active, but when I had to stay home, electric football was my hobby in the fall and winter.  I had a double lung transplant 24.5 years ago for the CF.  When I was diagnosed at age 5, the life expectancy for CF was 8.

My Mom and Dad did everything to keep me alive.  My new lungs are still working very well.  😊

So awesome that you tap back to your childhood. Can't take the kid out of us!

My Mom knew that was one of my favorite things, so she kept the boards in the attic and all my teams in my old toybox inside the house.  Most of the teams still look like they’re straight out of a new bad.  These last 2 years of playing have brought back a touch of the innocence of childhood.

We don't use those new boards and we use a level to be sure the game is close to perfect. We gave the board we bought away because we just didn't like the performance.

I’m considered going back to my childhood one next season.

  9. 3 seconds to go in the game, with the Cowboys down by 7.  Ball at the Falcon 48, I stacked most of the DBs on the side of the field with Gallup and Pollard.   I left one on #88 CeeDee Lamb’s side.  He hadn’t even shed his CB all day.

Well, this one time he did.  Lamb gets lose for the TD, and this game goes to OT

Long live the Tudor 620. 😃👍

My 620 hangs on the wall. I play on an Ultimate Field with two motion generators and probably always will (until a better field comes along 🥰). I have three Ultimate Fields just in case I outlive my current field. 🪦

    Enjoy the Journey    T43    🏈♾️

Loved my 620.  Was talking to NEFGM on the phone this week, telling him that I have the board I got when I was little had a combination of field and siderail color that I haven’t seen on here or on eBay,

  11. That really is an odd combo.  My first game wad dark Cowboys and white Redskins.

My second was the SuperBowl 12 boards.  White Cowboys and Dark Broncos (I got the rare red Broncos.

Dallas had driven the ball from their own 25 to the Falcons 28 as the 3rd quarter comes to and end.  The Cowboys are trying to negate the speed of the edge rushers.

    Falcons 17 Cowboys 14

Anyone’s hand to win at this point.

Negate the speed of the edge rushers by running the ball with Pollard.

    And “game”, not “hand”. 😂

  13. The Falcons get the stop, but they are stopped short of FG range before the half.

    Halftime

    Cowboys 14 Falcons 10

I’m super surprised that the Falcons have been slowed down.  But, they potentially found a way to stop the Cowboys offense.  The Cowboys are definitely playing like they belong.

  14. Robinson breaks off 2 big runs to the Cowboys 17.  On 1st down, With the Cowboys LBs pulled up close to stop the run, the Falcons call a pass to surprise the Cowboy D.  But, and edge rusher gets to Ridder, and he’s sacked for a 9 yard loss.

The Falcons settle for a 30 yard FG.

    Cowboys 14 Falcons 7

(the Cowboys get the ball to start the 2nd half, so the Falcons badly need a stop)

The Cowboys must be defiant and aggressive to beat this team when the Falcons have to do what they do best and that score points with that high octane offense. The great players have to rise to the occasion if they want this NFC Championship Game.

After watching 1.5 quarters, I’m not sure the Cowboys need to be overly aggressive.  Pollard is doing it on the ground and through the air.
