I have an interesting idea, as most/some of you know i run a solitaire college football league with completely made up names/recruits. i don’t want all these great players to be forgotten. i was wondering if there is anyone out there who runs a league whether it’s NFL or Fantasy teams that would be willing to use these player’s names on their teams or even draft classes. i can send a long list of past players who graduated that played in my league. please let me know
If it was a player base for that player then definitely for a few games to see how the player does.

I’ve narrowed my MVP list to 8 candidates. Please vote for 4 in no specific order. I’ve got 4 people voting here also.
My leagues has 4 rounds in the regular season. This is the first year that I’ve had bases that were really well tweaked, so I had to make adjustments to the kickoff procedure before round 2, and again before round 3. So, you’ll probably see more kickoff returns for TD than I’d like. Most of the return yardage happened in week 1. The second most happened in week 2.
For this vote that I’ll do to get down to 4 players, I will just use a letter (no name) and the regular season stats. I’ll also use “P” for playoff team, “C” for close contender and “U” for under 0.500
When I do the final vote, I’ll use the player’s name.
A. 17 receptions 443yds 7 TDs 1 2pt conversion, 11 returns 542yds 1 return TD (P)
B. 65 rushes 435yds 2 TDs, 8 receptions 61yds 1 receiving TD 1 fumble 1 2pt conversion, 7 returns 215 yards (P)
C. 55 rushes 517yds 8 TDs 1 2pt conversion, 6 receptions 93yds 2 TDs , 11 returns 500yds 1TD 2 fumbles on kick returns “C”
D. 60 rushes 561yds 9 TDs 1 fumble, 7 receptions 62yds 2 returns 171yds 1TD (U)
E. 21 receptions 559yds 8TDs 1 fumble, 7 returns 168yds (U)
F. 57 rushes 324yds 3 TDs 1 fumble, 14 receptions 302yds 5 TDs, 8 returns 322yds (P)
G. 49 rushes 476yds 6 TDs, 15 receptions 247yds 3 TDs, 10 returns 496yds 1 TD (C)
H. 31 rushes 442 yds 4 TDs, 14 receptions 217yds 3 TDs (P)
I think I'm going to go with c because I feel like the running game is one of the most important elements and it can neutralize an opposing team.

I recommend the, "peel and stick vinyl." My experience with the peel and stick vinyl has been excellent.
The problem I'm having with the magnetic field cover is illustrated in the following two videos.
The first video is my straight-from-the-factory Ultimate field with two Tudor motion generators. The little plastic peep is #46 my MVP of my Fruit Bowl.

Here is #46 on the 300 magnetic field cover on top of my Ultimate field.

The 300 magnetic field cover muffles the Buzzzzz of the motion generators (which some long-suffering loved-ones might appreciate) but it also affects the speed and straightness of #46.
It's worth noting that the first video takes only 10 seconds for the 100 yard dash. The second video takes about 4 seconds just to reach the 25 yard line.
I tried five of my best Kickoff Returners on the 300 magnetic field cover and the results were similar. The little plastic peeps moved about half-as-fast and turned rather than running straight. So now I'm thinking I won't use my 300 magnetic field cover for the remainder of my games.
Tudor states this on their webpage, "Why use a Field Cover? Field Covers are great for two reasons. First, they deliver an authentic NCAA experience. You'll feel like you're playing on the real college field! And second, they often improve the performance of your board ...Also suitable for framing." I think I will frame mine.
Enjoy the Journey. T43. ⚡🏈♾️
If you don't mind me asking where did you get the field cover from? I'm shopping around and asking all of you experts for different viewpoints on this covers because I think I ruined the game that I like by cleaning it with a sponge with a scrubby on it scratch the game and I did that without thinking when I should have been thinking. So now I need to cover for my field.

I wanted to try the magnetic field covers — but I didn't really want an NFL or college field cover — so I set about customizing a Michigan State Spartans magnetic field cover.
300 is one of my favorite comic books (Frank Miller) and movies (Zach Snyder). So I decided to use the art work from both to create my custom magnetic field cover.
My first step was to scrub away SPARTANS from both End Zone. I used a regular wet, dishwashing sponge.
The Tudor ink, or Tudor acrylic paint, or whatever it is, came off very easily. Too easy actually. I suspect it will be susceptible to scratching.
Then I wiped away the debris with just a paper towel.
In about the length of time it takes to have a molar pulled and a titanium implant screwed into my jaw, the End Zone was mostly white.
Yes, I know from experience. Tuesday was NO FUN.
I masked off the End Zone and splattered it with Liquitex acrylic ink like the Movie Poster for the movie the 300.
I created a stencil for the 300 and used a red Sharpie to write 300 on the magnetic vinyl.
I thought it came out okay.
Then it was time to do the other End Zone. I chose those wonderful words from King Leonidas as he is kicking the Persian Messenger into the well.
Just like that I have my custom magnetic field cover.
This is kind of the 'Chicken or Egg' question. Which came first the 300 electric football field or the team called the 300?
For right now there isn't an 300 electric football team but I'm sure I can remedy that. 😉👍 I will play out the remainder of my 2024 Draft games on the 300 field.
Enjoy the Journey. T43 ⚡🏈♾️
Terry which is a better field cover the magnetic or the other? Which do you recommend?

In the last game of the Divisional round, the #5 seed Colts travel to LA to play the #3 seed Chargers. Despite the seedings, the Colts had the second best record in the AFC, only behind intra-division rival Jacksonville. Vegas has the Colts as a 1.5 favorite.
The Colts are fresh off of a dominating beatdown of the Steelers by the 3rd best defense (and maybe the fastest) in the league. The Chargers come in riding a huge game by MVP candidate Austin Ekelar. He ran for 242yds and 3TDs in a 31-24 wildcard win over the Dolphins
Great article and love the betting line

I’m going to start showing these returns from behind so you can see how the blockers seal the lanes
If you check out our League Super Bowl page we have a really nice behind video shot.

St. Brown returns the ensuing kickoff 91 yards for a TD. The return looks simple, but you can’t get a good look of the blocks that opened this huge hole.

Goff hits St. Brown twice, but the Lions can’t get into FG range.

The Cowboys go on a balanced 8 play drive go open the 2nd half, but they miss on a 37yd FG.
They needed to score every drive to give themselves a chance. They are going to need some help from their defense.
Someone has to rise to the occasion for the Cowboys who will it be?

With the Lions leading 7-3 late in the 1st quarter, #26 Jahmyr Gibbs (Alabama product) breaks off a 57 yard run. The Lions are up 14-3.
I turned #97 dial slightly left to help him seal off #6

Who are the defensive beasts that can stop these speedy backs?

How do you coaches feel about the new UFL LEAGUE? ABOUT TO GET SOME TEAMS DONE FOR SOLITAIRE!
I wish they would have brought more teams over from the usfl like the generals and the Tampa Bay bandits and then from the alliance League the Apollos and a couple of other teams that would have presented it different perception for the audience and if it would have started a week or 10 days after the NFL season ended I think people would have bought in stronger

Long Island Electric football leagues Las Vegas Raiders complete. Coach Kevin Mack said took him almost 8 hours because of all the problems with the decals. Because of the intricacy of the Raiders pants in microsize scaling it down posed a lot of problems and had to go through several wasted decals because they kept tearing. But the job is done and complete
Up next is Joey pizz and his Tampa Bay buccaneers in vintage white uniforms throwing back to the times of 1977 which he will use this season. Will be displayed within the next few days when beenuts 1977 vintage Tampa Bay buccaneers decals arrive

An Idea
in Playing Solitaire
Posted
I love the concept of drafting players from a college League. I think when I start playing solitaire I might do something like that have an 8 team college league and then draft players but what happens when they get to the big leagues? The biggest question is since they're not real people obviously LOL how will they perform when they get into the bigs?
