LOL. I loved the picture of BB Boy. 😃👍 I never used BBs but I did 'take' a spool of solder from my father's workshop and hammered it flat to put between the base and the player's platform. Shortly after that my friends stopped playing electric football. Adding weight is cheating.

Before Christmas, on eBay, someone was selling teams that have pennies glued between the player platform and the base. Pennies are an excellent idea. They're just the right size.

Pinewood Derby kits come with lead weights but the lead squares are the wrong size.

Putty is the one thing I never tried. I could tell it wasn't nearly heavy enough. 🏋️‍♂️

We typically mix Tungsten putty with the poster putty now. Tungsten putty is a Pinewood Derby car product to add weight.
