A good offensive line is more than just "strawnggg bases", as my friend would often say. They have to work in tandem for complete success. My secret is in the numbering, I have blockers who block out labeled with odd numbers, and blockers who block in wear even numbers. That way I can move a few guys around to get the blocking schemes I want.

Any other ideas?

I slant my offensive linemen before the snap to block down, double team with a posting lineman, or to pull on traps and sweeps.  As I've said elsewhere, I use rookie bases with a mult-stop system to allow for offensive personnel to maintain their blocks and defensive players to react to the play.
