Authentic Super Bowl covers

I sent this suggestion awhile back but didn't seem to go anywhere. It would be great if we could order accurate field covers for specific Super Bowls. Often teams had one-off endzone art, or the SB logos were painted on the 50yd line or both 20yd lines. Sometimes sidelines included team colors or other unique design elements that can't be replicated with current graphic offerings.

I totally agree! With magnetic field covers I could most definitely be on board with SB covers! I have my favorite SB’s and most have nothing to do with my favorite teams!

The first one I would order would be Bills v Giants! We had a great SB party at the house and that game had it all! I still have the Whitney Houston National Anthem cassette around here somewhere!

Second would be Colts v Cowboys in SB V! Sloppy game, but my cousins and I had the greatest time together that day! 
Third, and lastly, Patriots v Bears from SB XX.  I spent this one basically by myself because my neighbor, who had absolutely no interest in the game and spent the whole time on the phone with his business partners, was not present in the room most of the time. Nevertheless, Bears Shufflin’ Crew! Incidentally, we were invited back the next year. I respectfully declined. I mean, seriously?

That's woeful. I remember that Bears vs Patriots Super Bowl very well. I could go for that Super Bowl Field Cover.

My wife and I were in graduate school at Indiana University and we didn't have a TV. It was Winter Break so I walked alone to the Student Union. Classes weren't in session but the Union was open and I used a ladder to activate the TV in the lobby. I found the station (still standing on the ladder) and then settled in to watch the Super Bowl. I believe I was the only person in the building except for the security guard. I was wearing my thermal underwear and bundled up in my coat, scarf, and stocking cap to stay warm because the heat was turned down during the Winter Break. I didn't have any trouble keeping my drink cold. I didn't mind. My team won! 😃👍 🐻

To this day I think the playoff team owners drew straws to see who would have to play da Bears and the Sullivan Family drew the short straw.

A few years back, I worked with a young man from Chicago. We we’re talking about that SB and the conversation moved to the Shufflin Crew 45rpm record, which I had a copy of in the original picture sleeve. He stated he didn’t have that record and I didn’t tell him I did. The next week I brought it and gave it to him. You would have thought I gave him the winning lottery ticket! I got so much more pleasure giving him the record than I ever did owning it.
