We got a barn-burner goin' tonight.

The 1965 Oughtin' Otters' TE #88 has two receptions for 172 yards and 2 touchdowns.

The green-ghost Thunderbirds TB #26 has 116 yards rushing on 10 carries.

It's apparent the little plastic peeps understand they're in a Playoff game and winner is going to the Fruit Bowl.

If you're keeping track, on the final kickoff WR / KR #22 ran 100 yards in 11 seconds. You just can't beat the '65 aqua bases for speed and straightness. And minimal tweaking!

I'll play the Second Half in the morning.

The final score was Oughtin' Otters 49, the Thunderbirds 42. I'm exhausted. 

Oh, but what fun!  The Oughtin' Otters will meet the Christmas Spirit in the 31st Fruit Bowl. The Oughtin' Otters are the only team to win back-to-back Fruit Bowls. They did that in Fruit Bowls 5 and 6. The Christmas Spirit were the runners up in the Fruit Bowl last year.

As mentioned in the previous video, after the T-Birds corner #40 shut down the Otters' TE #88, another Otter receiver had to step up. That receiver was #22 and here's how he won the game and put the Oughtin' Otters in the Fruit Bowl.
