After a long journey the last few weeks of college and throughout finals i am finally done with my junior year. But that’s besides the point, i finally finished week 1 of Season 5 where Michigan went into Eugene and defeated Oregon 28-17. Sophmore QB Tavon Watson was a man with a mission completing 8 out of 11 passes for 224 yards and 2 TDs, as well as running for 60 yards and 2 TDs. Senior La’Quandre Phillips was the difference maker at receiver for the wolverines totaling 4 catches, 107 yards, 2 TDs. As for Oregon they started the game too slow and once they were trailing by multiple possessions they had to get away from what they did best, the run game. RB Darnell Collins finished the game with 8 carries, 150 yards, 1 TD. Next week Michigan takes on 1-0 Penn St in a rivalry game at home and Oregon will travel to Columbus and take on Ohio St in a rivalry game.

This makes me want to play some college games.   My college teams don’t get a lot of play as my solitaire league is pro-fantasy and my the TVEFL is NFL.

it’s the opposite feeling for me i’ve been trying to combine my pro and college league and i think i’ll finally be able to after season 5
