Love that first play bounce to the outside! I also love the snow field. Strange I should have nostalgia for something I’ve only known about for less than 2 years.

Second Quarter. Shamrock Bay hold the GTO scoreless. A Shamrock Bay pick-six makes the score 16 to 15 at halftime.

 

 

In my League the 2-point conversion is required, hence the GTO have 16 and Shamrock Bay failed on both PATs so they have 15.

Third Quarter Highlights. In HB #33's 93-yard run he has the ball and I noticed while making the video that FB #43 also has a ball under his arm. Mea culpa.

The cool thing is that both players made it to the End Zone. 

 

 

Another scoreless quarter for the GTO.  After three the Shamrock Bay are up 23 to 16 and the Shamrock Bay are driving.

4th Quarter.

The Shamrock Bay kicked a Field Goal and went ahead of the GTO  26 to 16.

Then the GTO WR / KR #10 took it to the house.

The 2-point PAT was good.

For the GTO everything depended upon recovering the Onside Kick.

 

Down by 2 points and 15 second to play... Could the GTO move the ball for the go ahead score?

On first down the GTO tried the left side from the U-back formation.

 

Shamrock Bay bottled it.

2nd down and 2. The GTO call the PAT play.

The GTO are in easy Field Goal range.

 

Two Seconds remain. Still my pounding heart!

This is Shamrock Bay. Last Year's Fruit Bowl Champion. Can they do the unthinkable? Can they return the Kick Off for a Touchdown?
