By popular request(not actually)😂 the Game of the Week i’ll be covering is season opener Auburn @ USC. both teams are new and I know coach @Greg F wants to see his tigers pull out a win in their first game in the CNYEFA. Let’s introduce our Captains.

For Auburn: S #27 Davantae Scott, Edge #41 Azaan Ochoa, QB #16 Ian Banks, RB #33 Brady Augustus

For USC: WR #15 Dallas Smith, RB #8 Rodney Clement, S #5 Malik Moody, CB #22 Jamal Jackson

Auburn wins the toss and elects to defer. should be an exciting one i’ll be back with more highlights and updates

Auburn forces USC into a 3rd and 5 situation in opposing territory and USC calls an unexpected run play(i use dice roll for plays) and Rodney Clement takes it 40 yards to the house following his blockers:

I do tackle front of base and that includes front corners but since the end was engaged it would be an attempted arm tackle so his base fought through here. SCORE: Auburn 0 USC 7

After an Auburn 3 and out USC drives down field to the 6 yard line where they run a play action and the Safety is unable to get over the wide receiver and get to the RB:

LOL😂😭 yes but honestly i don’t think it’s the QB’s fault the line up front isn’t protecting and the run game is shut down. In the second half Auburn will be trying a different gameplan to get their playmakers the ball in space.

Halftime Analysis:

At halftime USC seems like the more dominant team but Auburn did show flashes offensively towards the end of the half, expect the second half to be a battle even harder than the first as this game isn’t over yet.

i agree he hasn’t been as explosive as he looked in the scrimmage games. they get the ball coming out we’ll see how he looks.

Auburn has quickly turned the momentum as on the first play QB Ian Banks scrambles for a 75 yards TD. Then the ensuing possession USC QB Aiden Collins throws the first pick of the season to Safety Kamel Darrington which goes back for 6. SCORE - AUBURN 14 USC 14:

Going into the 4th quarter Auburn got held to 4th down and missed a 37 yard field goal giving USC the ball back with a chance to take the lead. SCORE: AUBURN 14 USC 14. QB Ian Banks has been a problem for USC this game and Auburn’s defense has stepped up and rallied together to get 2 stops in a row. Auburn looking like the 4th quarter favorites. RB Rodney Clement gets another huge carry to open the 4th quarter and Dallas Smith caps off the drive with a 15 yard TD catch. Auburn then hits WR Jaxson Love on a deep dig to get into USC territory. Brady Augustus finally gets a good run and ties the game ending a long drive with a 13 yard TD run leaving very little time on the clock. SCORE: AUBURN 21 USC 21

WALK OFF 71 YARD TD. Aiden Collins hits Jackson Tate on a hail mary pass for a walk off TD USC wins 28-21. Auburn fought hard it was a great first game.
