ALABAMA VS LSU LAST GAME

as the regular season closes we have our final game Alabama(6-1) @ LSU(5-2)

Derrion Henry ran the first play for an 80 yard TD and runs over freshman LB Harvey Young causing him to be out for the first half with a shoulder injury

After 1 half of play Alabama leads LSU 7-0 only score being an 80 yard run by Derrion Henry.

Alabama drove down field after forcing a 3 and out but eventually throws an interception right outside the redzone to LSU Freshman LB Julian Carpenter which is his 2nd int this year. this was the return

 

LSU was unable to capitalize though as they drive down and miss a field goal at the end of the half.

Man this game was exciting if i told you this was the best ef game ive ever played you would think the score was something crazy but it was quite the opposite. To start second half play LSU got the ball and immediately broke open a 50 yard rush with Ryan Smith

That run was all they had though as the Alabama defense tightened up an took control just look at the coverage and how the defense was swarming the ball

 

eventually LSU kicks a field goal to make the score 7-3. Alabama then goes 3 and out on their next possession where we saw the return of LB Harvey Young in full effect nabbing 2 TFLs. On LSU’s next possession they were forced to yet again kick a field goal making the game 7-6 with minimal time left. On the first play of Alabama’s possession Derrion Henry ran 70 yards into LSU territory and a few short plays later QB Eddie Wright put the dagger in LSU running in a 10 yard touchdown giving BAMA the win 14-6
