Here they are! Our Best 13 from each conference for the 2022-23 Season of Performers! Historically, before we play post season games we have the task of selecting our awards. We are still voting on Defensive Player of the year which will be announced later today when the votes are returned.

Selecting All-Pro Awards for Electric Football is no easy job. Our coaches put great thought in to selecting the TOP 30 players for All-Pro from the American and National Football Conference, which makes up the Long Island Electric Football League. This task is complex and we have to base the results on statistical data, write-up's, coaches input, and finally past proven track records from the previous season. It is not an easy task, but we wrap our minds around the cognitive process by studying each team from 352 players, how they performed, and how they match up to the other players at their position's in the league.

For that tough job above, we are lucky to have Andrew Slawson, Long Island Sports Hall of Fame Inductee and sports historian as well as expert statistician. In addition to Slawson helping us select, each coach gets to pick from a list of every player from all 32 teams. We narrow the list to 30 players with majority rule as to who makes first team. It is an exciting event for us because we then use our First Team All-Pro players to compete against hundreds of player bases from the upcoming February Draft.
