1976 Merged Leagues with Billy O’C and Matt-Zoo Four-Time LIEFL Champion. 1984 LIEFL SUPER BOWL VII CHAMPION! Washington Redskins beat Miami 34-31 in (OT)! 2018 LIEFL SUPER BOWL XIV CHAMPION LA Rams beat LA Chargers 31-28! Viggie played with Billy O’C’s Rams and Beat Billy O’C again in 2019 when in SUPER BOWL XV, the LA Rams beat the Miami Dolphins 44-41 in (OT)!

2020 LIEFL SUPER BOWL XVI Green Bay Packers beat Miami 52-49! Played many tournaments in Nashville TN.

2.Matt “Zoo-York”

Eagles, Panthers, Chiefs, Browns

1976 Merged Leagues with Viggs and O’C to form the LIEFL Moved to Long Island from the South Bronx in 1976 when “The Bronx was Burning”. One Time NFC Champion 1995 Philadelphia Eagles. Lost to Miami in LIEFL SUPER BOWL IX 20-17 in (OT).

1972 Founder with his mother Sylvia an International Athlete from Cuba. (Miami Six-Time LIEFL Champion) Started playing in 1972. Began record keeping thereafter: LIEFL SUPER BOWL I CHAMPION 1974-75 Miami beat Green Bay 24-17 (Mom) SUPER BOWL III 1977-78 Miami beat Green Bay 28-3, SUPER BOWL IV 1978-79 Miami beat New Orleans 34-28, SUPER BOWL V 1980-81, Miami beat Washington 21-10! SUPER BOWL VI 1982-83, Miami beat San Francisco 27-2! SUPER BOWL IX 1995 Miami beat Philadelphia 20-17 in OT! Faced Miggle Toys Selection for Long Island and beat the Miggle EF Selection 21-7 with LIEFL #10 Ranked Battle-Proven Dallas Cowboys (LIEFL Career Record 87-75)! (Miami Dolphins 154-38). The biggest games in the Eastern USA, and best competition have been right here in our own LIEFL! BUSY BUSY BUSY! Retired from tournament play--No Longer active in tournaments but tries to get kids to play the game at the local YMCA. (LIEFL RECORD: W-403 L-286)

4.Joey “Pizz” Pizzenti

6.Levi “Country” Vick

2020 Invited by Joey Pizz to join. This is Vick’s second season. Biggest Game: 2020 1st Round Qualifier with the Dallas Cowboys lost to Washington in the LIEFL 2020 Wild Card Game 45-37.

Won two Titles in his Nassau League.

7.Kevin “Mac”

Joined us from the folded Connetquot League Joined in 2000—Been with LIEFL since. 1995 LIEFL Super Bowl Champion New Orleans Saints, beat Miami LIEFL SUPER BOWL VIII 26-20 in (DOT). 2008 Oakland Raiders LIEFL SUPER BOWL XI beat New York Giants 27-21 in an Overtime stunner!

8.Paddy “Moose” Brannigan

Steelers, Bears, Broncos, Seahawks

Since 1978. Merged with Billy O’C, Matt-Zoo, Eddie Viggs, and Joey Pizz. One-Time LIEFL Champion. Biggest Games: 2000 Chicago Bears in LIEFL SUPER BOWL X beat Miami 45-38 in (OT)! Also had an undefeated Denver team 14-0 in 1982-83 season. (Only other team other than Miami to go undefeated in LIEFL). UPSET in AFC Divisional Game by Billy O’C’s Buffalo Bills 28-27!

Joe Bino

Well respected coach. Has played with all the teams.

Bino had his own league in 1976. Joined the LIEFL as the Alternate coach in 1984. Biggest Game in LIEFL 1983-84 in the LIEFL AFC Wild Card Game lost to Denver 33-32!  Exceptional Competitor who fills in when a coach has two of his teams playing each other on LIEFL schedule. In 1977 played first Championship outside of the LIEFL when Billy O’C’s (Haiti men, a much smaller team) beat Bino’s MONSTERS OF THE MIDWAY GAME 67-Big Men Philadelphia Eagles 3-0!

Bobby “Biggs”

Proposing takeover of Buccaneers, Jaguars, Seahawks and Saints

 

Not Favorable at the moment.

 

 

Considering and Voting on Brannigan’s friend in January 2023. On the sideline waiting to possibly merge his 67 Big Men Teams. No Decision made by league at this time.

Everything is voted on in LIEFL. Majority Rules.

Entry into League fee $500 with $250 annual dues.

The league is locked. All rules and regulations are voted on in this league. The majority rules and the alternate coach has a vote. League Collected $2,000.00 for 2022-23 season, all transparent within league. The winner of Super Bowl XVII will earn $1,800.00 and the runner-up will earn $1,400.00. Up for Vote in January is to vote Bobby Biggs and the no-stop pass rule again.
