This blew my mind when I first noticed it last night opening my new Vikings uniforms team. As I have posted somewhere here before, when I was a kid, I mowed the neighbor's yard for two bucks. It was 1969 and I was 10 years old. I had the Tudor Model 510 set with the Packers and Colts. I was always looking at those awesome looking teams in the rule book. Finally, I ordered the Minnesota Vikings D from the Tudor Metal Products Corp. It was my very first "expansion" team. I think I paid $1.50 for them! It took 9 kinds of forever for them to arrive. Every day I would walk to the street curb and open the black metal mail box that had the red flag raised indicating we had mail! When they finally arrived I was more fired up than almost ever in my life! This was the first time I had bought something on my own with my own money! Whoo hooo! 

Fast forward to 2024. I'm 65 years old. I do not mow my neighbor's yard, but I do mow my own for free. 😞 I get email notices when my PO Box has mail and then I drive to the mail service to pick it up. I don't have things shipped to my house because of "porch pirates". Unlike before, this team showed up lightning fast! Almost like Wile E. Coyote in Roadrunner when he orders a package from ACME and it shows up immediately! LOL I got my little box from TUDOR GAMES with the new South Carolina address on it. I had a smile on my face all the way home. When I opened the box it hit me! History had repeated itself! When I was a kid, the first team I ordered was the Minnesota Vikings. Now, at age 65, the first team I ordered from the new Tudor South Carolina address was the Minnesota Vikings!!!!! Yes, it triggered all those memories of happiness all over again. This was amazing! I actually ran into the kitchen and told my wife this story. It was unbelievable!!!!

Inspired to end my procrastination by my new buddy Benoit Racette, I took action today and stuck on my first decal on my Vikings W Uni-Forms! Going paintless for the first time in my EF career! 🙂

ok, pants and socks now complete! A few wrinkles and kinks, schpinkles and schminks, but hey, it's my first uni-form ever. Watching the how-to video every step of the way. This is day 2 of my progress just for ONE figure! LOL But, I am defeating the procrastination, which is major! Also, this is decent for ham hands as well if I must toot my own horn. LOL

And yes, he earns a spot on my famous EF laptop! He's there next to my Unreal League Space Vipers, cuz I think there is a connection between the Vikings and Vipers, what with the purple and yellow uniform colors and such even though the Space Vipes have 3 shades of purple in one uniform! LOL

I believe that Dave Roller does the Uni-forms artwork for Tudor. Anything is possible for the right price. I would ask Bryan Nutt if this can be done.
