Since the vote was tied as for which game i’d be covering i decided to make the final decision😪. I will cover a big rematch outer conference rivalry. Texas travels to take on Georgia to try and get their first win on the season. Georgia already starts the season 2-0 as they have every season, they are also the only team to have gone 2-0 to start every season. This year Georgia is led by Sophmore RB Kennedy Shook. Shook has 28 carries, 185 yards, 4 TDs in 2 games making QB Stephen Hoyt’s first year under center a breeze thus far. Texas has looked decent but unable to pull out wins in close games, i expect this one to be close as well and they’ll need to be at their best from beginning to end.

UGA wins the toss and elects to defer until the second half. We got to see how texas would play the first drive out as they drive down field on the back of WR Cannon Scott already with 3 catches, 71 yards, 1 TD. SCORE: TEXAS 7 UGA 0IMG_1141.thumb.jpeg.c8774d6175f91ed8d3052abf172d6146.jpeg

Texas sports a strong front 7 as shown in the first drive forcing Georgia to kick a long FG that they ultimately miss. Good thing for Georgia is they consistently have a top 3 defense and are able to force a punt. Following the punt UGA finds themselves on a 3rd and long where they convert on a check down to RB Kennedy Shook and he does the rest with his legs running for 45 yards before being forced out. Immediately after that WR Jacoby Art is able to get separation on the fly route and beat Kevin McClain for the TD. SCORE: TEXAS 7 UGA 7IMG_1146.thumb.jpeg.d91edd3a5b0fc55881bb94b69ff7cb98.jpegIMG_1148.thumb.jpeg.3b177bc1c62d9fa43498bea74c42af53.jpegIMG_1147.thumb.jpeg.f3d79e2dd29ec87b5b1157b2fe3d1097.jpegIMG_1150.thumb.jpeg.c9535e96f96f1d18528378d3e2732123.jpegIMG_1151.thumb.jpeg.6d0dcd538dccfe92049b7d108f329e89.jpeg

UGA gets the ball coming out of the half, they open with a run to Kennedy Shook and he takes it all the way into the endzone giving the bulldogs the 14-7 lead. Texas won’t back down though as they begin to drive down field with quick passes. Out of nowhere QB Trimble makes a mistake and throws a huge INT to LB Bernard Winter. UGA is able to capitalize off the turnover with another TD run by Kennedy Shook. Texas is able to finally get a drive into the end zone with a pass to TE Trevor Williams making the score 21-14 in favor of Georgia. The bulldogs plan on taking this one home as a big run from Shook is followed by a big TD pass to Jacoby Art which puts them up 28-14 and on the final seconds of the game Georgia seals it with another INT improving to (3-0) on the season.IMG_1155.thumb.jpeg.85768f8f73c0d9c9802fc4f81d1ca074.jpegIMG_1157.thumb.jpeg.29a3ac6a7affc2419c307f81586488f5.jpegIMG_1158.thumb.jpeg.e1824a100bd79a8ba6081c68e408a8e2.jpegIMG_1161.thumb.jpeg.4cd886254e8cc109efa127b2ec38add5.jpegIMG_1162.thumb.jpeg.0dca304fdef97c8f5c03ad09b3dcfb0b.jpegIMG_1164.thumb.jpeg.4186a1f61e048d67761943feb2facc43.jpegIMG_1165.thumb.jpeg.0745b6436654fd5a7b703546e9675e0a.jpeg

"I will cover a big rematch outer conference rivalry."

Texas and Oklahoma joined the SEC for the 2024 season. I'm assuming you kept these two in the Big XII?

Nicely done as always.

Seems like a reasonable hybrid for hobbyists who want to use the plastic catapult and want the essence of passing sticks.

Have you tried Next Level bases? I haven't seen any Next Level bases in your photographs.

I haven't tried the Next Level bases yet. I watched a couple of the videos on the Next Level webpage and they seem to move as well as the ITZ and Tudor bases.

I'll probably wait until they go on sale before I give them a try.

Enjoy the Journey.   T43.    🏈♾️

i haven’t tried them yet but i’ve seen a couple videos and you can get them really fast and strong on the same base they’ll definitely be my next base purchase.

Definitely a great idea and glad i use it as you can make almost any throw on the field but it’s also dangerous if you throw to the wrong spot
