Those who know me well know that I'm a chronic "Amberholic". I'm a charter member of Amberholics Anonymous and have been ever since I got my first set of amber players with my 1967 dark jersey Green Bay Packers in the 510 set I got for Christmas that year. I have since collected the dickens out of amber teams, often buying the old 500 sets on eBay just to mine the amber teams into my hands! 

I'm always in the market for these, preferably the "hog legs" but I also collect the "chicken legs" in amber. So, if anyone has any you are willing to part with, by all means, let me know.

#41 of the Metallians is true amber.

#2 of the Red-Peg Rams is yellow.

I've been known to buy an old game or two just for the amber figures.

Yes I do. Amber is what I go for, mainly because they are all hogs and chickens (legs, of course). Those yellow plastic dudes I believe came out in what I call "the Bad 80s" where there was less plastic on the figures, some misshapen, and often a lot of flash you had to trim off. I don't care for those at all.

Exactly. The Bad 80s produced similar cheap red, blue, and white figures. Wretched.

Indeed! LOL! My hands are still shaking from the excitement, and as soon as I finish my first cup o Joe here this morning, I'm going to go into my man cave and take pictures and post them here.  I feel like I was the first man in King Tut's tomb with a major discovery!  LOL
